True Self Consulting offers counseling, consulting and coaching services which are private sessions for individuals, couples, families, and small or large groups. We provide many ways to help you meet your unique life challenges. Every issue or concern in your personal and professional life is relevant and can be explored. It will be your choice if you want to use the True Self Quiz as a diagnostic tool or if you would prefer to explore your concerns via another method. I have nine proprietary assessments, if useful. All sessions are custom-designed and are offered in person, Skype/Zoom or by phone.
